Was wondering what the near shore fishing is like in this area. How is the smallmouth fishing? I would be fishing with a 17' Lund, and not doing the downrigger/big water program. Seems like the islands would offer reefs and therefore attract smallmouth. Any input would be appreciated.
excellent for small mouth bass, and I believe your boat will work fine , stay close to shoreline and venture to the island shores good luck fishing
