    Flood Warning:

Issued at: 3:45 AM CDT 7/15/10, expires at: 9:30 AM CDT 7/15/10

The NWS in la crosse has issued a

flood warning for: north central richland county in southwest Wisconsin,
    Until 930 am cdt
This warning is an upgrade of the flood avisory that was issued ealier for the same area. At 343 am cdt, local law enforcement officials reported flooding across the warned area. Flooding was reported in and around the community of yuba, with rising water downstream toward hub city and rockbridge.
Flooding is expected to occur over mainly rural areas of north central richland county, including the towns of buck creek, highway 80 and county c c, hub city, rockbridge, woodstock and yuba.
    Precautionary/preparedness actions,
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. If flash flooding is observed act quickly. Do not enter the water. Turn around and move up to higher ground to escape flood waters. Do not stay in areas subject to flooding when water begins rising.
Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely

I think there's going to be a lot of blown out trout streams for a few days.
