I don't post here often, mostly I just lurk but I came across a good read and I thought I would share. It's called How The DNR Stole Wisconsin: And How Citizens Can Take It Back. I Stumbled across it at a small Bait and Beer type shop a few miles from Blackhawk Lake Recreation Area in the Highland area. It mostly deals with NR115, and the DNR's tactics in securing (read: stealing) privately owned Wetlands by reclassifying them as Lakebeds without any regard to nationally recognized Ordinary High Water Mark. Anyways, it's a great read so far and I highly recommend it.
