  1. What's your favorite way to cook grouse or woodcock?
    I like to fillet the breast meat off the bone and marinade over night.My favorite is Lawry's Hawaiin Marinade.Remove from the marinade and season to taste.Cook on the gas grill 11/2-2 min per side on woodcock, 2-21/2 min per side on grouse.DON'T over cook!:tsk:
