Hungarian Sausage

  1. A local store had hungarian sausage advertized last week,I thought it was pretty good. Here's a recipe I found on line.
    1lb ground pork
    1/2 tblsp coarse salt
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/2 tblsp hungarian paprika
    1/2 garlic clove
    1/3 tsp ground allspice
    mix spices with meat and form into patties.
     
  2. sounds great thanks for sharing , I would always go to Rupena's in West Allis for some really good sausages .. Polish and Hungarian ..
