Left Overs

  1. I think I will like this forum. Eatin is almost as much fun as shootin or catchin.
    Tonight I am fixing Philly Cheessteak sandwitches with left over venison roast. The roast was done using a recipe for a Pronghorn 3 day roast from WI Outdoor News. basicly you marinade the roast for 3 days in buttermilk. It turned out great with the deer. The recipe is long but I will post it if there is any interest. Good eating!:chillin:
