Old Abe State Trail will get bird houses, more trees May 9 with the help of about 50

DNR Northwest Region - Eau Claire, Wis. -- A section of the Old Abe State Trail near Lake Wissota will grow a little greener and attract a few more bluebirds, thanks to an event hosted by Xcel Energy and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
