DNR South Central Region - FITCHBURG, Wis. - The New Zealand mudsnail, an invasive species present in the western United States and in the Great Lakes, has been found in Black Earth Creek, a popular trout fishing destination. This marks the first time this harmful invasive species has been found in the inland Midwest.
