Spring Turkey 2014 application

    Hi everyone, I would like to go spring 2014 turkey hunting. I noticed that an application has to be filled out and submitted by Dec.10th. Is it do Dec 10,2013 or 2014. This is would be my first year turkey hunting and I would really like to go, but if I don't have the application, I'm screwed

    There may be some over the counter spring tags in zone 1 which is soutwestern Wisconsin.
