Target Shooting in Rock County

    First time here, and haven't had a gun in a looooong time! I just purchased a hand gun, and will be getting a long rifle soon. Does anyone know of any open public shooting ranges in/near Rock County? Can you target shoot on public hunting grounds? Any help would be much appreciated!

    Dear , I have not sound knowledge about your question But i can say with confidence that the public hunting grounds may be available for target shooting.New one to this forum just discovering more information.

    You could maybe pop off a handful or rounds, but many public hunting grounds say no target shooting. Kinda a drive for you, the Mcmiller sport center in Northern Walworth co has a bunch or ranges available.

    Anyone else have information to share on this? Would really like atleast 100yd range for my .300.
