East side and northern end of Winnebago is turning on in the last week or so. Perch, white bass, walleye with the odd pike thrown in. Brothertown, Quinney, Stockbridge areas are good place to try. It has lately definitely been a morning bite!

  2. We fished Bago yesterday noon to 6, West side. Strong west wind. Very little snow on the ice so travel is easy. Several ice bridges in place over the heaves. Moved often. Covered water from Neenah to Oshkosh. Marked fish in 18fow off Oshkosh. Strong, big echo's but nothing we could offer would bring on a bite. First skunk of the year. Sometimes it just works that way. Will be on the ice again this weekend in the Wausau area.
